Natural Fibers

Our natural sound absorbing fibres have an environmentally friendly production process. These 100% eco-friendly fibres are a fantastic alternative to traditional mineral wools or melamine blankets, which have a production proces that is far more harmful to our planet. The natural fibre can even be recycled into compost at the end of the life-cycle!

Our acoustic wall panels are made with 100% eco-friendly natural fibres

People working in rooms with poor acoustics generally experience a vague sense of fatique affecting their productivity and general well being. In order to improve audibility and a general sense of comfort our products absorb sound waves (reverberations), particularly in the frequency range of speech, which is between 100 Hz and 3000 Hz (see graph). In the graph you also see the absorption coefficient of carpet. Carpets and curtains give the room a warmer tone because they only absorb high frequencies. Many acoustic products on the market work similarly, they simply don't have enough thickness to cover the speech range. A warmer timbre gives a rounder sound, but does not help in addressing fatigue caused by excessive reverberations.

Our products are particularly aimed at the speech range. Therefore our products have the highest possible absorption value, a sound absorption coefficient (αw) of 1.0.
